Our House is set in the heart of rural Gascony and within an hour of the Pyrenees. L'Ancien Presbytere's position makes it an ideal retreat from the hustle of everyday life.
Nestling in a large screened garden surrounded by small farms it is situated in the quiet hamlet of Luc Armau whose residents will provide plenty of opportunity to practice your French should you wish to try it out.

Bedrooms
Three bedrooms in total. One master bedroom with super-king size bed and two triple rooms each with one single and one double bed.

Living Area
spacious wood floored sitting room with working open fireplace. Satellite, dvd and hi-fi systems.
Kitchen
fully fitted with wood burner and all modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and juicer.
Indoors
utility room complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and sink. central heating throughout the house. telephone will receive incoming and make local calls.
Outdoors
large covered terrace, fenced 11m x 5m pool with underwater lighting, built in bbq/ off-road parking, garden and pool furniture. ¾ acre garden.

Horse-riding, pony trekking, Golf, Go-carts, Walks, Tennis, Cycle Rides, Skiing in the mountains, wine festivals, canoeing, climbing and paragliding.
Caretaking
Our English caretaker lives locally. She is there to help you and answer any questions you may have. She will also help with any bookings for you that you may not feel your French is up to. Linen, towels (not pool towels) and a welcome pack are provided.
Welcome Pack
The welcome pack will usually contain cheese, pate, cold meats, milk, butter, beer and wine. It is not intended to be your first meal but is there with our compliments to introduce you to some of the region's flavours.
